My Trip Enquiry

Once you have added the required elements to your Trip Enquiry, hit the 'Send Enquiry' button. Our consultants will then e-mail you back with availability and a confirmed price for your requested arrangements. If the dates you have requested are available the Wild Encounters consultant will then hold a provisional booking for you for 7 days while you arrange flights (we can help with this too) and insurance etc. 

If your requested date is not available we will offer you the closest alternative dates, but not hold anything until instructed to do so.
